You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You must contact us once you receive your order.

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
A replacement
Or a refund, depending on product availability

Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used skincare products
Items bought during a sale or promotion
Products returned after the return window
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is considered final and will be processed for shipping.
