1. Returns Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• You must contact us once you receive your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

• Please email us at Info@taginternational-tr.com when you receive your order

• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement

• Or a refund, depending on product availability

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is approved:

• We will notify you by email

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Items bought during a sale or promotion

• Products returned after the return window

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is considered final and will be processed for shipping.
